The Role: • Build a brand-new blockchain protocol from the ground up • Design and implement consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoA, or novel alternatives) • Develop low-level code in Rust, Go, or C++ • Create tools and APIs to support validators, wallets, and ecosystem developers • Perform code reviews and contribute to protocol optimisation and security The Person: • Good years of blockchain development experience, ideally at protocol level • Strong coding skills in Rust, Go, or C++ • Deep understanding of distributed systems and consensus design • Familiar with cryptographic principles and secure key management
