Senior Communications Systems Engineer
A Senior Communications Systems Engineer is sought by this leading developer of wireless IoT and embedded satellite navigation systems to be based at their R+D Centre in Delft. The Senior Communications Systems Engineer will be working as part of a team developing PHY and MAC layer and bare-metal level software in MATLAB C and C++. The Senior Communications Systems Engineer will work closely with Hardware Engineers and Embedded Firmware Engineers delivering best-in-class IoT and GNSS sensors and systems level solutions. The Senior Communications Systems Engineer will also be technically leading development projects and mentoring Junior Engineers. You will be a motivated, experienced, Senior Systems Engineer who has a real interest in emerging wireless and satellite technology. Your background will include excellent PHY and MAC layer development experience coupled with strong MATLAB C and C++ skills gained at bare metal level. You will be happy working with microcontrollers, and you will need experience with at least some of the following: GNSS, NB-IOT, LORA, BLE, LTE, 3GPP, DVB or GPS systems development.
