Mechanical Design Engineer Wanted to Join Our Dynamic Team in Bolton Our client, a Bolton-based company, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their dynamic and innovative team. As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the team, designing products that meet client specifications and industry standards. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you'll need a degree or HND qualification in mechanical engineering. You'll also need to have expertise working with BS8888 standards for technical product documentation. This is a challenging role that requires a highly skilled individual with a passion for design. Skills: The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Sheet Metal / Fabricated & Welded Strucutre Design, as well as experience working to BS 8888 /Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) define manufacturing tolerances. These skills are critical to the success of the role and will help ensure successful project completion from start through delivery stages. Responsibilities: As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating detailed designs that meet client specifications while adhering to industry standards. You'll work closely alongside other engineers within the department who specialize in various fields such as electrical design. You'll need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll also need to be an excellent communicator, as you'll be liaising directly between teams including management staff members. Regular reports will be required at each stage so progress can be tracked effectively. Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have experience developing concepts into production-ready solutions whilst maintaining accuracy throughout their work process.
