Your future duties and responsibilities As a Test Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and testing a secure, enterprise-grade web-based application used within a mission-critical environment. This is a hands-on role that blends technical testing with team leadership responsibilities. You will be accountable for logging and managing incidents, ensuring service level agreements are met, and maintaining application quality through structured test processes. You'll be responsible for authoring detailed test scripts to validate new releases, running diagnostic SQL scripts, and supporting troubleshooting activities. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth application operation and rapid resolution of user-reported issues. Working directly with stakeholders, you will track the progress of incidents, provide updates, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner in line with agreed KPIs. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a small team of support and test engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
