Manage the Service Now queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and catalogue requests. Co-ordinate and participate in diagnosis and resolution of any problems, escalating to team members or other IS teams and vendors (Oracle) as required and taking a lead role in any associated RLI investigations. Work directly with Oracle support teams enabling quick resolution to identified application issues/problems.
