Network Engineer - SC ClearedA network engineer with experience across Cisco and Juniper based solutions is needed. You will be in the delivery of projects based solutions from understanding the requirement, looking at LLD, implementation and configuration followed by test and acceptance.Experience required: - Good knowledge (2-3yrs+) of networking layer2 and layer3, IP protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and of IPSEC tunnels and able to troubleshoot them, and of Datacentre LAN topologies and solutions.- Experienced in producing low level designs including network diagrams and configuration build documentation.- Required to have a core focus and experience of Juniper based solutions, appetite to adopt other vendor platforms both hardware and software (Cisco, Gigamon, Firepower, etc).- Experience of firewall configuration, policy definition and fault finding.- Some experience of IDS/IPS/packet inspection devices, technologies and solutions.- Knowledge and experience of physical and virtual network devices and appliances.This is a 6 month contract initially on a hybrid working model. Based onsite 3-4 days per week and the remainder remotely.
