Junior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Junior Project Manager to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your Role As our Junior Project Manager you will be accountable for the successful delivery of workstreams or smaller projects within Regulatory Change Management. You will work in partnership with the Regulatory and Compliance subject matter experts to track the analysis and interpretation of the requirements and agree actions and timelines for delivery of projects. You will support the definition and establishment of the project methodology (waterfall, agile or hybrid) and best fit structure, roles, and teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery working with platform and portfolio teams. You will be accountable for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across RSA. You will be able to communicate clearly and confidently to Senior Leaders, have excellent visual and verbal reporting skills. About You To be successful in this role you will need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. As well as good organizational and planning skills gained through academic, professional, or personal experiences. You will be able to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders across the business and its delivery partners. While being able to challenge the status quo with openness to drive improvements, seeking solutions. You will have good problem solving and decision making skills, escalating when necessary and in a timely way. Junior Infrastructure Project Manager
Junior Infrastructure Project Manager Our Client is looking to recruit an Junior Technical Infrastructure Project Manager with at least 3 to 5 years expertise to manage and oversee the technical processes, enhancements, upgrades and installation of new software and processes. Must be someone who has been through the cycle from 1st to 3rd line support and subsequently moved in to project management. You will be involved with project planning and delivering upgrades to hardware and software. Must be familiar with Active Directory and server 2013. An excellent manager and be able to lead and direct a team of techies. You must ideally have an ITIL certification. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The Client has sites scattered across the UK and therefore there will be travel required to meet various teams and heads of departments.
