As the IT PMO Project Portfolio Management analyst, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining standards for project governance in EMEA IT; ensuring compliance with said governance and regulations (such as DORA), ensuring alignment with other change areas both in EMEA and Americas Division from a process and tooling perspective; and is the central source of information regarding the status of all EMEA IT projects The team has only been in place for a couple of years and its' function and ways of working are still developing; the job holder will be expected to play a part in that development with ideas and then making it work. Our Client is a leading international company who are looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager with at least between 6 to 12 months Project Management experience coupled with experience of working on the development of websites. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible to managing the following projects: Deployment of a variety of websites to the market. Assist in design, development and the launch in Australia of a new generation of websites for the Company. Deployment of various websites to the markets as follows: Ensuring the Project plan maintains momentum and delivers as planned and communicated. Identify and fill all project resources required for the project. Liaising with country product and service managers and proposition managers to collate and track project plans, including costs, dependencies and milestones. Follow the project framework providing all the agreed Project Documents and Deliverables. Write and maintain project plan and RAID register. Administer the in house Project process in line with good project management practices. Maintain and promote the online product area to share information within the division. Governance Review ??????\" Provide PMO with regular updates. Report on Project progression through all Project Stage Gates using the agreed stage gate review process The ideal profile would have some experience of New Product Development Project Management and previously someone who has worked in FMCG or white goods markets. Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Science or Engineering Minimum 1 year project management. Excellent understanding and preferably good experience of New Product Development process Experience of managing projects from initiation to completion and communicating at different levels within an organization. Prince 2 certification or equivalent highly desirable. ??????' Information technology competent across a number of applications ??????' Hands-on approach to problem solving. ??????' Numerate with ability to understand and interpret data ??????' Highly literate with an eye for detail ??????' Fully mobile and able to travel across the UK and internationally. ??????' Persuasive communicator - communicates relevant information in a clear and concise manner creating 2-way communication. Positive approach and driven. Whilst a clean driving language and knowledge of other European languages an advantage, they are not essential. This is a 6 month contract to commence ASAP.
