Job Title: Information Management and Knowledge Lead Location: Preston /Strand -Hybrid 1/2 days per week on site. Salary: Circa £40,000 What you’ll be doing: Authoring and sharing knowledge-based articles, for both D&A staff and our customers, in order to reduce the throughput of service-related incidents and to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the support service Leading on improving the Information and Knowledge Management culture throughout the D&A organisation, advocating best practise and actively participating in stakeholder forums to raise the maturity of effective Knowledge Management Administrating Confluence & SharePoint sites and supporting various teams with producing technical documentation as part of the Software Development Lifecycle In consultation with the Shared Services Information Manager, you will verify the D&A organisation’s level of Information Management compliance. Establishing that relevant document controls are in place and any remediation/improvement plans are executed as required Ensuring that the D&A Information Management Coordinators are managing the D&A teams’ documents, records, team sites and access controls appropriately. The D&A Service Operations & Services Governance team: As the Data & Analytics (D&A) Information Management & Knowledge Lead, you will reside within the D&A Service Operations Team (Service Governance Team). Working within a dynamic, IT service environment, you will be responsible for the authoring and maintenance of content & knowledge and the diligent management of information and records. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Information and Knowledge management within an IT service environment, with a proven ability of collaborating across technical and business teams and driving process improvements. The D&A organisation provides a wide range of data related products and services to internal customers throughout the business. The role: The PIM Data Steward will support the improvement and quality of product data across the EMEA region. The successful PIM Data Steward will hold responsibility for ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy from a number of different sources. Responsibilities: Ensure that product data across a number of core systems are accurate and fully complete Work with stakeholders on data requests / any incoming queries or issues Work to deadlines such as product launch dates Track and report status of product data Key skills and experience: Hands on experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems (e.g. Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo Systems, InRiver) Data management principles, data governance, and data quality standards Data mapping skills, including defining mapping rules, identifying data discrepancies, and ensuring consistency between source and target systems.
