Operate as a live sound engineer in the main boardroom, managing audio balance, levels, and clarity so every participant can be heard clearly. Manage microphones, sound uplift systems, DSPs, and conferencing hardware during live sessions. Proactively monitor audio and video quality during meetings, making real-time adjustments as required. Liaise with meeting organisers and presenters to ensure all AV requirements are prepared and tested in advance. Support and monitor IPTV and triple play systems, ensuring live, streamed, and broadcast content functions correctly across all displays and distribution networks. Customer Experience Maintain a professional, approachable, and customer-first attitude at all times. Communicate effectively with end-users, stakeholders, and management. Ensure meeting spaces are always presented to a high standard. Skills & Experience Required Essential Proven experience supporting corporate AV environments in a customer-facing capacity. Excellent knowledge of Cisco meeting room systems (Webex and RoomOS). Strong understanding of audio fundamentals, including microphones, DSPs, and sound reinforcement. Confidence in operating live sound in large meeting or boardroom environments. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly under pressure.
