Job Title: IT Leader - Project Management Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Competitive What you'll be doing: Leading and responsible for a team of Designers who will have different levels of experience and knowledge across the Submarine business Responsible for the 3D integration of routed systems and equipments as well as outputs e.g. 2D diagrams, installation drawings, parts lists and BoM maturity etc Supporting the Dreadnought programme in delivering to schedule, cost, safety and quality Development of members of your team in your people management hierarchy e.g. PDRs, PDPs Quality / Code of Conduct discussions and training needs etc Work with all stakeholder groups to solve problems and drive solutions between design requirements, spatial constraints, build and operability.
