They are migrating to Workday and need a skilled engineer to document existing processes, analyse scripts, and automate HR workflows —particularly for Joiners, Leavers, and Movers (JLM) processes . You'll work closely with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless integration with the new system. Key Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer: Sit with users to document existing HR processes and scripts .
