Title: Seeking a Commissioning Manager for MEP Projects in Herne, Belgium Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager looking to work on exciting and innovative projects? Our client is currently seeking a skilled professional who can oversee the commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This contract position offers competitive compensation at £600 per day. Role Overview: As the Commissioning Manager, your primary role will be to ensure that all MEP systems are installed correctly according to design specifications. You will also manage testing procedures during pre-commissioning stages as well as final commissionings before handover. Responsibilities: - Oversee installation of mechanical equipment including HVAC system - Ensure electrical installations comply with regulations such as BS 7671 standards or equivalent. - Manage plumbing installations - Review designs ensuring compliance with project requirements - Conduct tests throughout construction process Qualifications & Skills: The ideal candidate should possess qualifications relevant for this job based on their experience from previous roles held; however other skills may include but not limited; * Experience working in similar positions overseeing large-scale commercial/industrial projects * Strong knowledge about regulatory policies surrounding building codes * Excellent communication skills necessary when collaborating across departments If you believe yourself suitable applicant please do apply!
