Required qualifications to be successful in this role • 10+ years of active-duty experience within the Air or Space Command, or relevant MOD roles. • Operational experience at Formation (FE) and Operational HQ level. • Demonstrated ability to deliver operational outputs at a mid to senior rank. • Deep knowledge of current Defence programmes and capability roadmaps. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex problems and systems. Proven experience in: • Business and systems analysis • Risk assessment and mitigation • Requirement definition and stakeholder engagement • Document/report production and presentation • Strategic analysis and benefit realisation • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing and team collaboration skills. • Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset and a drive to deliver meaningful outcomes.
