Pilotage projet : Structurer, planifier et suivre le projet eInvoicing en lien avec les équipes IT, Finance, Comptabilité, ADV et les prestataires externes. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe IT pour les validation et le déploiement des solutions techniques, en s'assurant de leur adéquation avec les besoins métiers et les exigences réglementaires. Organiser les phases de tests, suivre les livrables, animer des réunions et gérer les dépendances avec les équipes métiers et IT; Conduite du changement : préparer et accompagner les utilisateurs (communicatin, formation, documentation, support); Analyse des impacts métier : analyser les textes de la réforme, comprendre les exigences fiscales et les interpréter pour les partager de façon compréhensible. Identifier les écarts / impacts sur les processus existants (facturation, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion et proposer des solutions puis traudire les besoins métiers en spécifications fonctionnelles.

Objectif : aligner les environnements locaux sur les standards du groupe et remédier aux risques techniques critiques. Missions principales : Coordonner les projets réseau, infrastructure et workplace sur plusieurs sites. Assurer la gestion du technology lifecycle et la planification des remédiations. Superviser les migrations, montées de version et alignements aux standards. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes globales IT et locales. Suivre le budget, les livrables et les indicateurs de performance. Profil recherché : Expérience solide en gestion de projets infrastructure / réseau / workplace . Vision technique globale : serveurs, LAN/WAN, datacenter, M365, endpoints. Leadership affirmé, sens du terrain et du résultat. Anglais courant, bon relationnel dans un contexte multi-sites. Localisation : Avignon (4j sur site / 1j remote)
