Whilst this is primarily a team management role this would require someone with a strong software development background, with a background in developing a variety of end to end solutions (IE ERP, WMS, Finance systems etc) with very strong management experience of medium or larger IT teams. The role offers flexible working with 2 days onsite in Birmingham per week and the rest remote, with a need to travel to Dublin, Spain and Portugal 1-2 times per month.
