Compliance Officer, MonitoringLocation: LondonReports to: Head of Compliance MonitoringSalary: £80,000 per annumOverview:A well established Lloyd broker, is expanding internationally and seeks a Compliance Officer to support the 2nd line of defence. The role involves defining the compliance monitoring framework, advising on regulatory matters, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures across the UK and international offices.Key Responsibilities:Advise on compliance and regulatory issues.Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Identify compliance risks and ensure regulatory adherence.Assist with developing and maintaining the compliance monitoring framework.Conduct reviews and audits on business units and international offices.Coordinate external audits and support the 1st line of defence in implementing compliance actions.Lead ad hoc compliance projects and assist in developing the Compliance Analysts team.Key Competencies:Extensive experience in compliance/audit within the FCA or London insurance market.Knowledge of FCA Sourcebooks and international operations.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and deadline management.Proficient in MS Office.BMS Values:AccountableEntrepreneurialCollaborativeEmpoweringDisciplinedIf this seem like you please apply online directly. #LI-PB1
