LTD company advice
Looking for a little advice on what to do about my situation. Started a LTD company using a service offered by my previous Umbrella company. Engaged in only one contract job and decided to switch back to perm as i was unable to secure another contract for over 6 months. I was unable to keep up with my accounting fees at the time. I asked for my account to be terminated as i wasn't using the service. They sent me a disengagement letter and also suspended my Freeagent account.
My problem now is i don't have access to my freeagent account and i am unable to file my tax returns. I have spoken with them and offered to set up a monthly payment to settle my accounting fees but they are refusing me access to my info to fill my tax returns.
Any advice on what i can do now will be very much appreciated.

It's always best to download all the required information from your FreeAgent account before you terminate the service, as it can be difficult to get access to your account again without paying the fees. Did you keep any backup copies of the sales invoices and expense receipts outside of FreeAgent?
Also, if you are no longer using the LTD company, it's best to close this down asap once the accounts and corporation tax return have been filed. - The data within Freeagent belongs to you. You can request that Freeagent set up the billing to you directly and remove from the accountants dashboard. If you email firstname.lastname@example.org they should be able to assist.
