iPhone does not allow downloading MP4 ringtones directly. You can try the following steps:

1️⃣ Download MP4 to your computer

2️⃣ Convert to M4R format (using iTunes or online converter)

3️⃣ Transfer to your iPhone via iTunes/Finder

4️⃣ Set as ringtone in Settings > Sounds & Haptics
