apologies if this has been discussed already, as I think, but I couldn't find a discussion about it.

I've received an email from a recruiter to my work email address. when asked, they said that they figured my email address from someone else's address that works for the same company. Now I believe that this is slightly unprofessional, and would like to hear your opinion on how I should reply to this person.
