yes i agree with Janine. there's nothing more effective than talking to a person. in such a way you can freely express what you're trying to tell them but perhaps you should and must sound sincere and honest, it counts. 🙂
well i guess from the people who matters to me. they're the people who give meaning to my life, they're the ones who seem to know the very details of me most especially my family. I am family person as you may have noticed.. :)

yes i agree... you have to take into consideration the rates that's being asked in the market. even if the company might be that interested in you but if you are asking too much maybe they'll look for another with lower rates than you but have the same expertise and/or experience that you have.
