Hello, I have recently completed some freelance work for an American website. I was paid through paypal, in my invoice to the company I was asked to state the fee applicable for the exchange rate so as to receive the full rate and was reimbursed my paypal fee.
I am not sure whether I have been extremely lucky in this respect but I shall request this for future transactions.
