I am looking to grow Virtual Ac (Business Administration Practice) and require the assistance of a Freelance Business Developer.

The areas that we need to expand are:

Bookkeeping & Administration
Project / Contract Management
Supply Chain Management
Credit Control

The person required for this role would need to have a proven track record within the business development arena, be a self starter and have the ability to work under your own management.

As Virtual Ac is still in its infancy, this position will need to be commission based rather than PAYE based. Commission will be based on the ongoing sales revenue that you have achieved which will be at a negotiated percentage.

For more information either PM me or email your details to virtual_ac@yahoo.co.uk

I invoice clients all over the world in various currencies, usually you would invoice in the local currency or depending on the agreement you have with your customer, a stable currency. Example, my clients in the Far East use US$.

On another note, if you are dealing with multiple currencies, you need to either have a multi currency account of separate currency accounts, as the bank charges can be astronomical.

Feel free to contact me should you require any further information or advice.

Drop12, post: 424 a écrit : It looks like I've found a decent local accountant to look after me; so that's all good. The thing is, invoicing.

Do I automatically submit invoiced at the end of each month for all the work carried out in that month, or do I await confirmation from the editor as to what is being used?

I'm assuming that I will only get paid once the article is confirmed to go print, so what do you think is the best plan? Also, shall I get the accountant to submit them on my behalf?
What you may want to consider is a bookkeeper to manage your admin, invoices and chasing/collecting of payments.

Email me if you want to discuss this further as I own and manage a business administration practice.
