Freelance job Application Analyst

Seeking an Experienced Application Analyst for a Contract Position for a Higher Education Institution.



A well Leading University is looking to bring on an Application Analyst to help support on their curriculum management implementation.



As the Application Analyst you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving enterprise software applications. You will also work on the full life cycle of software applications, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization to enhance overall performance.



Job Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively within teams to maintain existing enterprise software application

- Troubleshoot issues that arise during day-to-day operations

- Develop solutions for identified system enhancements or improvements

- Ensure compliance with company policies by following established procedures



Essentials skills:

• Application Analyst Support on business systems, such as curriculum management, CRM & enterprise business systems
• Experience with SQL, scripting, or programming languages for application customization.
• Knowledge of cloud-based curriculum management applications and SaaS platforms.
• Experience working within an Agile project management framework.
