Our client is developing a comprehensive platform tailored specifically for agencies in the digital creator space. This platform offers an all-in-one solution for managing campaigns, handling client relations, and processing payments with ease and efficiency.

Through a partnership with a financial services provider, the platform offers advanced payment options within 24 hours, eliminating delays and giving agencies a competitive edge. This feature is a key element of the platform, setting it apart and establishing the foundation for a broader campaign management system.

What We Are Looking For:

The Lead Full stack Engineer will take the charge in advancing product development, helping to shape the company's engineering culture and, over time, building a team to create a market-leading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Optimising the metrics of the platform.
• Work with multiple cross-company teams gathering and translating requirements.
• Carrying out all aspects of the product life cycle from design to release and maintenance.
• Mentoring team members more junior
• Interacting with stakeholders of all levels to find and implement improvements
• Programming code to a high standard in compliance with best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in React, Django, and Python.
• Strong experience in full-stack web development.
• AGILE Methodology experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven track record in everything from designing to maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Knowledgeable with Python testing frameworks.
• Azure, AWS, or similar experience.
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Experience carrying out all aspects of product life cycle.
• Previous work with relational databases.
