project.


These roles will be remote based with occasional travel to Corsham


if required e.g. for meeting


Core Project Management


Project Management Support


General administrative tasks


supporting the project team, including meeting minutes


Supporting the Lead Project


Manager with the creation of reports, plan updates, configuration management,


commercials and change


Creation and maintenance of the


project logs (including product, risk, issue, dependency and change)


Assist the Contractor's


Onboarding Coordinator with onboarding activities


Onboarding Coordinator


Create and maintain a Resource


Onboarding Plan aligned to the project plan and Migration Schedule that


indicates the quantity of Contractor Resources required in each role


Liaise with the Contractor's


Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure that the Resource Onboarding Plan is


kept aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule


In accordance with the Resource


Onboarding Plan, make arrangements for the engagement and release of individual


Contractor Resources


Creating and agreeing onboarding


material with the Authority's and Contractor's Migration Lead project manager


Maintain the onboarding material


ensuring that it is updated with changes should any be required


Provide advice and guidance to the Contractor's Resources about the security clearance and Authority onboarding process


Liaising with the Contractor's


vetting department to arrange the security clearance of Contractor Resources as required


Liaising with the relevant


Authority teams to arrange Authority-specific clearance of Contractor Resources


as required


Schedule and organise onboarding


sessions for Contractor Resources joining the project team


Scheduling and Planning


Scheduling Coordinator(s)


Start-up meetings


Prepare and issue start-up


meeting invitations


Check for and confirm acceptance


of start-up meeting invitations. Chase nonresponses and process


reschedule requests


Create start-up meeting records


of meeting and submit them to the Scheduling and Planning Manager for assurance


Actice SC clearance is required
