Job Vacancy Software Engineer

This role requires security clearance, and you will therefore require British citizenship or Dual UK nationality with British citizenship. 

An exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer has arisen with a leading defence company, based in Stevenage.

This is a great opportunity for a Software Engineer to join the team in an exciting transformation phase, where you will design, develop and support engineering-based test equipment software to test missile systems.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite 4 days a week.

Experience of the Software Engineer will include:
• Programming with C/C++
• Experience with electronics measurement / debugging techniques (DVM / digital voltmeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyser)
• Understanding of communications and serial interfaces, e.g. ethernet, TFTP, RS232, RS422, RS485, Modbus
