Liverpool - 50/50 hybrid split - 12 month fixed term contract
We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic Service Delivery team within a financial services organisation. This role is crucial in supporting the Service Delivery Manager and IT Support Teams, focusing on report production, IT Change Management, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting service delivery teams in recording and managing incidents and service requests.
- Conducting reviews and implementing service improvement measures.
- Overseeing IT Change Management and chairing CAB meetings.
- Producing and distributing various IT reports.
- Collaborating with Configuration, Problem, and Change Management teams.
- Managing software licenses and procurement processes.
Skills/experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL and Power BI.
