Title: Experienced IT Business Analyst Needed for Local Authority Contract in East Yorkshire

Introductory Paragraph:
Our client, a local authority based in the beautiful county of East Yorkshire is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data and automation platforms, story capture techniques, agile methodologies as well as managing 3rd party vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Data Management:
* Experience working with complex databases
* Knowledge of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes
* Proficiency using SQL or other database querying tools

Story Capture Techniques:
* Ability to understand business requirements through various methods such as user stories.
* Familiarity with Agile Methodologies including Scrum framework

Vendor Management:
* Demonstrable ability liaising effectively between stakeholders from both within and outside organisations while maintaining relationships

Contract Details:
This position offers £385 per day on a contract basis for three months initially; it falls under IR35 regulations.
