Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors | Retail Sector

Our London based client is currently seeking an experienced and talented Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across various departments within the organisation.

They require extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Joiners/ Movers/ Leavers, Absence, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation - pay rises, Variable pay - bonuses, Performance and development - PDP and Succession.

The position offers an initial 6-month contract outside IR35 at a rate between £450-£500 per day depending on your level of expertise. The role requires hybrid flexibility which includes being able two-three days each week onsite at our clients' London office location while also having remote capabilities.
