Based in the heart of Lincolnshire, they emphasise the seamless integration of product and service information within their flagship ERP system. As they constantly evolve, they maintain their reputation by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and technological advancement at every juncture.

In this varied role, you will utilise tools for analysis and documentation, uncovering insights and solutions to both predefined and open-ended questions regarding company processes, polices and operations. Translating commercial objectives into technical specifications for the technology team is a big part of this position.

The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of relational databases, reporting software & SQL. A strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in applying analytical techniques are essential.

The Role:

* Assist in investigating company systems and processes in order to identify improvements
* Collaborate closely with both key stakeholders and the technology team
* Build relationships throughout the business, promoting collaboration on cross functional projects

The Person:

* Good working knowledge of SQL, databases and reporting software
* Process-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
* Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to document changes when required
