Skilled Business Analyst Needed for Yorkshire Local Authority Contract

Experienced and qualified Business Analyst needed for a 3-month contract with a local authority in Yorkshire. The rate is from £420 - £500 Outside IR35. My client is looking for a Business Analyst with exposure to procurement projects, have strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering and worked within Councils or Local Authorities.
