Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on a six month initial contract, working full time onsite in Leiston. Objectifs et livrables -Garant de l’état de santé du service et de la qualité de service associée (comité qualité, indicateurs, etc.) -Garant du respect des engagements de service (SLA/SLD) et de la satisfaction client -Garant du respect des processus de production et de la bonne coordination des expertises nécessaires à la résolution des incidents Activités principales -Responsable de la qualité de service quotidienne (CDS) associée à un RUN ou à un périmètre fonctionnel dans le cadre d’un RUN -Responsable de la coordination des expertises nécessaires à la résolution des incidents -Coordination du RUN -Gestion de crise -Pilotage de la qualité de service -Gestion des incidents Pilotage des indicateurs (SLA / SLD) -Pilotage des plans d’actions, des plans d’amélioration et des plans de progrès -Animation d’un comité qualité, de pilotage ou de production -Compétences attendues -Connaissance au sens large des technologies IAAS (Windows, Linux, stockage, backup, VMware, OpenStack) -Connaissance de l’outil Metis (ServiceNow) -À l’aise à l’oral lors des échanges (anglais et français) -Connaissance des processus ITIL -Maîtrise du reporting, alerting et KPI RUN
